The Apartment’s unique internal layout, spread over two floors is designed to compliment its historical location. Located in a Victorian Grade II listed warehouse, dating back to 1850, much of the original cast iron and brickwork has been restored and the complex retains both of its imposing iconic central towers.
You are within walking distance of the Mersey Ferry, Hamilton Square Station, the Belfast and Dublin Ferry terminal and a short drive away to many of Liverpool's, Wirral’s, Cheshire's and Merseyside’s tourist attractions, golf courses, football, shops and nightlife.
After travelling to your floor in one of 2 lifts you will enter your duplex penthouse Apartment, which comprises of:
Hallway
A reception hall, with a wooden laminated floor, a video security door phone, wall heater and staircase, which leads up to the living, dining, kitchen areas and roof top terrace. In the hallway cupboard you will find coat hooks, a hot water cylinder, iron, ironing board and toys/games for across all age ranges.
You access the living, dining, kitchen and roof top terrace areas from the reception hallway. There is a handrail located on the right side of the staircase and from the reception hallway you have access to a second hallway, where the two bedrooms and two bathrooms are located.
Living Area
As you go up the stairs from the reception hallway, you will enter into a large open plan living space, where you will also find the dining and kitchen area. This room has exposed original beams and the living area is beautifully appointed, overlooking the roof top terrace, which has spectacular landscape views of Liverpool’s world famous waterfront and East Float Dock.
Relax on one of two leather sofas to watch the 50 inch HDMi wall mounted flat screen television or play a game on the Play Station 3 console provided for your entertainment. Enjoy the apartment's mood lighting, which operates via a dimmer switch and for your added comfort we have provided a DVD/CD player, SKY, free broadband Wi-Fi, an Ipod Docking Station with radio, a selection of DVDs, CDs, Books and games for across the age ranges.
In addition, there is a leather tub chair, coffee table, lamps and pictures of the local area to enjoy whilst you relax in this spectacular apartment.
Roof Top Terrace
The roof top terrace has full landscape views of Liverpool’s world famous waterfront and East Float Dock. It is a spacious decked, stepped terrace with a six person dining area. Uplighters have been built into the decking, which add to the alfresco feel of the terrace. There are also planters and a wall mounted ashtray. Please note, we operate a NO SMOKING policy in the apartment but permit smoking on the terrace.
Kitchen/Dining Area
There is a fully equipped fitted kitchen with fridge freezer, dishwasher, oven, hob, washer dryer, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee machine and all the cooking utensils and crockery you will need throughout your stay. The dining area consists of a 6 person solid wood dining table and chairs, which sits under a large roof skylight and original artwork.
Master Bedroom with Double En-suite Shower Room
The master bedroom has a solid wood king size bed with memory foam mattress topper, solid wood side cabinets and wall lamps operated by a dimmer switch. There is also a double click clack sofa bed, 42 inch HDMi flat screen wall mounted television, IPOD Docking Station/I-Phone Charger/Radio Alarm Clock, fitted wardrobes and a chest of drawers. All bedding is Egyptian cotton, and this room has dual aspect views of Liverpool.
The master bedroom also has a double en-suite shower room with a shaver point, large mirror with overhead stage lighting, washbasin, toilet, marble surfaces, cushion floor and a heated towel rail. All towels are Egyptian cotton and shampoo, conditioner and bodywash are provided free of charge. There is a hair dryer located in the wardrobe.
Second Bedroom
The bedroom has two full size single beds, which convert to a six foot super king size bed, this bedroom has a 32 inch HDMi wall mounted flat screen television, side table and lamp, an IPOD Docking Station/I-Phone Charger/Radio Alarm Clock, fitted wardrobes, dimmer switch lighting and all bedding is Egyptian cotton. There is a hair dryer located in the wardrobe.
Family Bathroom
The family bathroom is spacious with a heated towel rail, large mirror with overhead stage lighting, marble plinth, a full size bath with shower attachment and anti-slip base, washbasin, toilet and shaver point. All towels are Egyptian cotton and shampoo, conditioner and bodywash are provided free of charge.
Mersey View - East Float Quay 1 is perfectly situated to help you make the most of both sides of the River Mersey. You also have access to a free designated onsite car park space, free SKY and free Wi-Fi Broadband.
IMPORTANT
For the comfort and safety of our visitors, we INSIST on a NO SMOKING policy throughout the apartment. Smoking is NOT PERMITTED on any corridor or stairwell. In addition, NO PETS are permitted and for health and safety reasons only guests specified on the booking are able to reside at the apartment during the rental period.
It is your responsibility to ensure that you have adequate travel insurance to cover any medical emergencies and loss or damage to personal belongings.
