Mersey View - East Float Quay 2 is a contrasting, spacious, contemporary luxurious fully equipped 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment with an historical twist. The Apartment’s unique internal layout is designed to compliment its historical location. Located in a Victorian Grade II listed warehouse, dating back to 1850, much of the original cast iron and brickwork has been restored and the complex retains both of its imposing iconic central towers.

Out of each Apartment window you have views across to Liverpool’s world famous waterfront, now designated a World Heritage site. You are within walking distance of the Mersey Ferry, Hamilton Square Station, the Belfast and Dublin Ferry terminal and a short drive away to many of Liverpool's, Wirral’s, Cheshire's and Merseyside’s tourist attractions, golf courses, shops and nightlife.

After travelling to your floor in one of 3 lifts you will enter your Apartment, which comprises of:

Hallway
A spacious reception hall, with a wooden laminated floor, an oak console table, telephone and video security door phone. In the hallway cupboard you will find coat hooks, a high chair, travel cot, baby bath, hot water cylinder, iron, ironing board and toys/games for younger children to enjoy.

Living Area
A spacious open plan living room with a wooden laminate flooring throughout, which includes a 32 inch HDMi flat screen television, DVD player, SKY, free Wi-Fi Broadband, Digital Radio/Hi-Fi, leather sofas, side tables and lamps. A range of music CDs and DVD films are also available for your use.

Kitchen/Dining Area
A fully equipped kitchen, including a six person dining area, a fridge freezer, dishwasher, oven, hob, washer dryer, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee machine and all the cooking utensils and crockery you will need.

Master Bedroom with Double En-suite Shower Room
The master bedroom has a double bed with a microcoil sprung mattress, side tables and lamps, a double click clack sofa bed, 22 inch flat screen television, IPOD Docking Station/Radio Alarm Clock, SKY television access, fitted wardrobes and a chest of drawers. All bedding is Egyptian cotton. The master bedroom also has a double en-suite shower room with a shaver point, large mirror, washbasin, toilet, marble surfaces, cushion floor and a heated towel rail. All towels are Egyptian cotton and shampoo, conditioner and bodywash are provided free of charge.

Second Bedroom
The bedroom has two full size single beds with orthopaedic mattresses, side table and lamp, an IPOD Docking Station/Radio Alarm Clock, fitted wardrobes and a chair. All bedding is Egyptian cotton.

Family Bathroom
The family bathroom is spacious with a heated towel rail, a full size bath with shower attachment and anti-slip base, washbasin, toilet and shaver point. All towels are Egyptian cotton and shampoo, conditioner and bodywash are provided free of charge

Mersey View - East Float Quay 2 is perfectly situated to help you make the most of both sides of the River Mersey. You also have access to a free designated onsite car park space, free SKY and free Wi-Fi Broadband.

IMPORTANT

For the comfort and safety of our visitors, we INSIST on a NO SMOKING policy throughout the apartment. Smoking is NOT PERMITTED on any corridor or stairwell. In addition, NO PETS are permitted and for health and safety reasons only guests specified on the booking are able to reside at the apartment during the rental period.

It is your responsibility to ensure that you have adequate travel insurance to cover any medical emergencies and loss or damage to personal belongings.
