Mersey View - Mann Island is a contrasting sculptural masterpiece in glistening black granite located next to Liverpool’s three graces - the Royal Liver Building, the Cunard Building and the green-domed Port of Liverpool Building. We have a range of one bedroom and two bedroom, two bathroom Apartments, which will be available late 2009 and 2010.
These Apartments are located on and overlook Liverpool’s world famous waterfront, now designated a World Heritage site. All Apartments will be fully equipped, ultra modern and luxurious, each with a unique internal layout designed to work in harmony with the buildings super-smooth black granite exterior. A beautiful courtyard and central glass atrium overlook the extensively landscaped grounds and the Mann Island location means you can watch and enjoy the Mersey Ferry make it’s famous journey across the River whilst taking a stroll under the watchful eye of the world famous Liver Birds.
You are within walking distance of most major tourist attractions including the Matthew Street quarter, Liverpool One, museums and galleries, the Tate Modern, the Albert Dock, Mersey Ferry and a diverse range of shops, night life, restaurants and key transport links. A range of car parks and metered parking are available in the local area. Further details about each Apartments layout and specification will be made available late 2009.
IMPORTANT
For the comfort and safety of our visitors, we INSIST on a NO SMOKING policy throughout the apartment. Smoking is NOT PERMITTED on any corridor or stairwell. In addition, NO PETS are permitted and for health and safety reasons only guests specified on the booking are able to reside at the apartment during the rental period.
It is your responsibility to ensure that you have adequate travel insurance to cover any medical emergencies and loss or damage to personal belongings.
