The hallway opens into an open plan living/dining area, which includes solid oak flooring. Off the hallway to the left is the stairs down to the bedrooms, bathroom and downstairs fire exit. The living room has a 26 inch flat screen television, DVD player, free SKY, a digital Radio/IPOD Micro Hi-Fi system, free Wi-Fi Broadband, an oak dining table with 4 chairs, a leather sofa and leather chair. A range of music CDs and DVD films are also available for your use. There is a foldaway chair located in the work pod.

You have access to your own private balcony with full length sliding doors, table and chairs and magnificent views across the city to the River Mersey and Irish sea.

Fully equipped Urban Splash designed kitchen, including a fridge freezer, dishwasher, oven, hob, washer/dryer, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee machine and all the cooking utensils and crockery you will need. All work surfaces are solid oak.

A mini-workstation with desk, chair, shelf, free Wi-Fi Broadband and coathooks.
Master Bedroom with Walk in Dressing Area
The master bedroom has a king size bed, oak side tables, IPOD Docking/Digital radio alarm clock and a click clack sofa bed. You also have access to a walk in dressing area with mirror, vanity table, stool, hair dryer and walk in wardrobe, which has a sliding door leading into an area with hanging and storage space. All bedding is Egyptian cotton.
Bedroom 2
A comfortable bedroom with two full size single beds, a side table and lamp, IPOD Docking/Digital radio alarm clock and a wardrobe. All bedding is Egyptian cotton.
Family Bathroom
Urban Splash designed fully tiled bathroom with over bath shower, full size bath with anti-slip base, toilet, washbasin, towel stand and mirror. All towels are Egyptian cotton, shampoo, conditioner and bodywash are provided free of charge.
You also have access to a free secure designated car park space and a beautiful peaceful walled garden. The Collegiate is perfectly situated to help you make the most of Liverpool’s many attractions and amenities.
IMPORTANT
For the comfort and safety of our visitors, we INSIST on a NO SMOKING policy throughout the apartment. Smoking is NOT PERMITTED on any corridor or stairwell. In addition, NO PETS are permitted and for health and safety reasons only guests specified on the booking are able to reside at the apartment during the rental period.
It is your responsibility to ensure that you have adequate travel insurance to cover any medical emergencies and loss or damage to personal belongings.
