Prices:
East Float Quay - From £110 - £150 per night per apartment (seasonal variations may apply).
Bereys Buildings - From £100 - £140 per night per apartment (seasonal variations may apply).
The Collegiate - From £170 - £220 per night (seasonal).

You are paying per night not per person and the cost includes a daily breakfast pack. For guests staying more than 7 days, your costs include a twice weekly towels and weekly bed linen change.
We can also provide an airport pick up and drop off service, please enquire about availability and cost at the time of your booking.

A 10% discount is available for NHS employees upon the production of an NHS identity photo pass. This discount will be reimbursed to you at the end of your stay.
A 10% discount is available for Travel Agent Representatives available upon confirmation of your IATA (International Air Transport Association) or TIDS (Travel Industry Designator Service) details when booking. You will be required to bring confirmation/your photo identity badge details upon arrival. This discount will be reimbursed to you at the end of your stay.

Confirming Your Booking and Payment Methods:
- Once you confirm that you wish to proceed, you will receive an invoice by email.
- For bookings made within 30 days of your arrival date, full payment and the £100 security deposit is required at the time of your booking.
- If your visit is more than 31 days away, you will receive an invoice for a 20% non-refundable booking deposit. Your invoice will specify when the outstanding balance is due to be paid. We will also send you a reminder email 7 days before it is due.
- Your outstanding balance invoice will include a security deposit of £100, which will be refunded to you within 24 hours of your departure, subject to a satisfactory property inspection. Please note an inventory check is carried out pre your arrival and within 24 hours of departure.
- We accept payment via Pay Pal, for more information about Pay Pal go to www.paypal.com Pay Pal is a secure means of payment and is a rapid means of returning your security deposit.
- We also take cash and personal cheques made out in sterling £(UK). If using a personal cheque, your cheque must have cleared before the first day of your proposed stay.
- Once your deposit/payment has 'cleared' the banking system we will send you a booking confirmation letter by email. Until you receive your booking confirmation, the booking cannot be considered binding. If the full balance is not paid and cleared in accordance with these conditions, we do reserve the right to cancel your booking and cancellation penalties will apply as set out in the ‘Cancellations’ section.
- Your booking confirmation confirms your acceptance of our terms and conditions, which may vary from time to time and shall be binding on all party's.
- The named person on the booking confirmation will be responsible for the total rental price of the apartment as agreed on the confirmation. Your booking confirmation will include directions to the apartment, apartment access information and information to help you settle in to the apartment quickly.
- Special arrangements can be made for corporate lets or longer term lets, please contact us by email for more details.
- We offer a 10% discount to NHS employees upon the production of an NHS staff photo identity badge. This 10% discount will be reimbursed with the security deposit once it is confirmed no damage has occurred and the apartment keys have been returned.
- We offer a 10% discount to Travel Agent Representatives upon the confirmation of their IATA or TIDS number and photo identity badge. This 10% discount will be reimbursed with the security deposit once it is confirmed no damage has occurred and the apartment keys have been returned.
Security Deposit Information:
- A full apartment inventory is completed prior to your arrival and within 24 hours of your departure. This check includes but is not limited to, additional cleaning costs, excessive use of electricity, replacement for breakages, non-return of keys or any repairs. The payment of the security deposit confirms your acceptance to pay for any damage of any kind caused by any member of your party during your occupancy of the apartment. The party leader will be held solely responsible for any damages or breakages caused to the property or its contents during your stay.
- All bookings require a Security Deposit of £100 to be paid with the final balance or in full if the booking is less than 30 days of your arrival.
- The security deposit will be refunded to you within 24 hours once we have undertaken an apartment/inventory check to verify no damage has occurred and that the apartment keys have been returned. The apartment is checked against an inventory prior to your arrival and immediately after your departure which includes, but is not limited to, additional cleaning costs, excessive use of electricity, replacement for breakages, non-return of keys or any repairs.
- In the unlikely event that we have to retain either part or the full security deposit, an itemised account for such items will be provided. We reserve the right to pursue a guest for recompense for any and all damages caused which may exceed the value of the security deposit.
- Please ensure that you leave the apartment in the condition you found it. We work hard to ensure that the accommodation maintains the highest standards possible for you and other travellers to enjoy.
