Cancellations Policy

• If you cancel your booking 31 or more days prior to your arrival date the full balance is refundable.
• If you cancel your booking between 22 and 30 days prior to your arrival date, 60% of the balance is refundable.
• If you cancel your booking between 15 and 21 days prior to your arrival date, 30% of the balance is refundable.
• If you cancel your booking 14 days or less prior to your arrival date, there will be No refund.
• A £20 Administration fee will be deducted from all refunds.
• We strongly recommend that all members of your party are covered by travel insurance.
• In the unlikely event that circumstances beyond our control necessitate us having to cancel your booking, we will refund any monies paid to the party leader without interest, compensation or consequential loss of any kind.

Guest(s) Behaviour

Our apartments are situated within residential communities. The actions of all members of your party should not interfere with the enjoyment of other residents. Please do not play loud music or engage in any activity which may cause inconvenience or annoyance to your neighbours after 9.30 pm or before 07.00 am.
