The Collegiate – Penthouse Duplex - 2 Bedroom Apartment (can accommodate between 1-5 guests)

The Collegiate is a short walk away from the centre of Liverpool with its theatres, museums, galleries, shops, cafes, restaurants, Cathedrals, Liverpool One, amazing live music scene and clubs to name a few. If you look through the apartment windows you will enjoy sweeping views of the city.

You are a short drive or walk away from the world famous Liver Birds, the Pier Head, the Albert Dock and the Catholic Cathedral and the Anglican Cathedral, the fifth largest building on the planet and Liverpool’s diverse range of shops, bars and restaurants.

You have views across the city to the River Mersey.

Living/Dining Area

This Apartment has one of the best citywide views of Liverpool, with full length windows opening out on to your own private balcony. You will enjoy an open plan living/dining area, which includes solid oak flooring, a flat screen television with freeview and DVD, telephone, Digital Radio/CD player/Ipod docking station, SKY, Broadband Wi-Fi, leather couch and armchair. There is also an oak dining table with four chairs, which looks out on to the balcony.

Kitchen

Fully equipped Urban Splash designed kitchen, including a fridge freezer, cooker, ceramic hob, washer/dryer, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee machine and all the cooking utensils and crockery you will need.

Main Bedroom with Dressing Room

A spacious comfortable bedroom with a king size bed, side tables and a doule click clack sofa bed. You also have a walk in dressing area with mirror, hanging space and storage space.

Second Bedroom

A comfortable bedroom with two single beds, side table and wardrobe.

Family Bathroom

Urban Splash designed fully tiled bathroom with over bath shower, toilet and washbasin.

Courtyard

You also have access to a peaceful inner courtyard with seating area.

We have also provided for your convenience:

  • A range of DVDs, CDs and books for across all age ranges and a variety of family games.
  • A range of soft toys, games and books for younger children to enjoy. A travel cot and high chair is available upon request.
  • A comprehensive information folder, which includes a range of local tourist information including restaurants, theatres, museums, cinema, music, pubs, places to go and see, family and child friendly f facilities.
  • Quality Egyptian cotton bed linen, towels and a daily breakfast pack. For guests staying more than 7 nights bedding is changed weekly and towels changed twice a week.
  • Iron, ironing board, hairdryer, travel cot, baby bath and thermometer, bottle sterliser, changing mat, play mat, high chair and child safety gate for the top of the stairs are available in the apartment.
  • A designated free secure car parking space.
  • You have access to a designated free secure car parking space.
  • You can enjoy sitting out on your private terrace or enjoy the communal walled garden.
  • Important

    For the comfort and safety of our visitors, we INSIST on a NO SMOKING Policy throughout the apartment. Smoking as also NOT PERMITTED BY LAW on any corridor or stairwell. In addition, NO PETS are permitted and for health and safety reasons only the guests specified on the booking are able to reside at the apartment during the rental period. Unfortunately we will retain the Security Deposit if guests ignore these booking conditions. It is your responsibility to ensure that you have adequate travel insurance to cover any medical emergencies and personal belongings.

    East Float Quay – 2 Bedroom Apartment (can accommodate between 1-6 guests)

    This Grade II Listed Dockside Apartment, has a contemporary twist with its modern, spacious internal layout. Awarded a 4 Star and Family Friendly rating by Quality in Tourism, the Apartment has views of Liverpool’s world famous waterfront from each of its windows. East Float is within walking distance of the Mersey Ferry and it is only a short drive away to all the shops, restaurants, clubs, pubs, tourist attractions and golf courses of Liverpool and the Wirral.

    This modern, contemporary, spacious, listed Grade II Dockside apartment can accommodate between 1-6 guests. The rate is per night not per person (seasonal variations may apply). This includes Egyptian bed linen and towels. For guests staying more than 7 nights your bedding is changed weekly your towels changed twice a week. You will receive a daily breakfast pack. We only use premium brands. By prior arrangement special dietary requirements can be catered for, please note additional costs may apply.

    After travelling up to your floor in one of three lifts, each with Braille and audio alert announcements, you will enter the Apartment, which comprises of:

    Living/Dining Area

    An open plan living/dining area, which includes a flat screen television, DVD player, SKY television, Internet/Broadband, CD/Digital Radio, leather sofas, side tables and lamps. There is also a dining area containing a table with six chairs.

    Kitchen

    Fully equipped kitchen, including a fridge freezer, cooker, hob, washer dryer, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee machine and all the cooking utensils and crockery you will need throughout your stay.

    Main Bedroom with En-Suite Shower Room

    A comfortable and very spacious bedroom with a double bed, side tables and lamps. The main bedroom also has a double pull down Malta sofa bed, mirrored double wardrobe, chest of drawers, IPOD docking station radio/alarm clock, television/DVD player and SKY television. The fully tiled en-suite shower room has a walk in double shower, a washbasin, toilet, shaver point and mirror, large mirror, marble surfaces and a heated towel rail.

    Second Bedroom

    A comfortable, spacious second double bedroom with a double bed, mirrored double wardrobe, bedside tables, an IPOD docking station radio/alarm clock and a hairdryer.

    Family Bathroom

    A spacious fully tiled, luxury family bathroom with a full size bath with an anti-slip base, shaver point and mirror, heated towel rail, large mirror and marble surfaces.

    Hallway

    A spacious hallway with an oak console table, large mirror, telephone and external linked video door telephone.

    You have access to three lifts, two which are accessed directly from ground level, one lift accessed via 7 steps. Each lift has braille translations and audio announcements for each floor number. In addition you also have your own FREE designated on site car parking space for use throughout your stay.

    This modern, spacious, contemporary city centre mezzanine apartment, located in a listed Grade II building, can accommodate between 1-4 guests. This apartment is ideally located and within walking distance of key local places of interest and transport links. The rate is per night not per person (seasonal variations may apply).     Your accommodation comprises of:

    Living/Dining Area

    An open plan living/dining area, which includes a television, DVD player, SKY television, Internet/Broadband, CD Player, IPOD docking station,large sofa bed, two arm chairs, door security phone and a side table. There is also a dining area containing a table with four chairs.

    Kitchen

    Fully equipped kitchen, including a fridge with freezer compartment, cooker, hob, washer and tumble dryer, microwave, toaster, kettle and all the cooking utensils and crockery you will need throughout your stay.

    Mezzanine Bedroom

    A comfortable and very spacious mezzanine bedroom with a kingsize bed, two double wardrobes and chest of drawers and a small futon bed.

    You have access to a private and secure courtyard. The location of the apartment means a car is not required. Moorfields Station is metres away and Lime Street Station, Paradise Bus Station and the coach station is within walking distance. Alternatively, if travelling by car we can recommend parking across the road at Tempest Hey, they offer highly competitive parking rates.Alternatively, there are a range of NCP car parks locally and pay and display on street car parking.
