It is with great pride and privilege that I introduce myself as the Chief Executive Officer of Mersey View Learning Trust. Growing up in Waterloo and Crosby, I feel a deep connection to our schools, families and the local community. I understand the values that make this wonderful community such a special place in which to live and learn.

At Mersey View Learning Trust, we put children at the heart of every decision that we make. Passionate about addressing social disadvantage and removing barriers to learning, we have a strong, shared vision that each and every child should benefit from a highly inclusive, first-class education. We foster a culture of high expectations that reflects our determination to give every child the best possible start in life.

Formed in September 2024, our trust schools currently educate over 3500 pupils across Sefton. Mersey View Learning Trust is a collaborative community of six schools committed to inclusion, excellence and opportunity for all. Our family of successful schools, with their unique strengths, support and inspire all children to achieve their potential. As a community trust, we believe wholeheartedly in ensuring that children in our schools and within Sefton receive the best possible education. We want the very best for all our children and we are dedicated to giving back to the local community.

Our trust is passionate about creating opportunities for every child to thrive academically, socially and emotionally in a safe and nurturing environment. We believe that strong partnerships within our trust and beyond are key to achieving this.
